VBA to Transfer and Transpose

I have an attached workbook, and looking to find out how I can copy from one sheet to another.

What I'm looking to do is this,

On Sheet StaffRota I want to take the Name, Service, Date, Days, and then Start & Finish and copy onto the ExportRota Sheet as shown.

How would this be possible?

I have just been trying to understand what you have done and sort of get it. How can I change where the date comes through as this only pulls the first date. how can I show the dates for the week. or even just add 1 date to the first imported date when its a new range?
