If Else Statement doesnt work well...

I just create a code like:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

It works fine if i write another String on the Cell, but if i write AD on the cell it gives me the same MsgBox again? Why it can be should i trim it or ???

Join the conditions with And instead of Or.
