    Calculating averages based on conditions

I have a spreadsheet for 24 children over the 10 weeks of a school term with the names down the first column and the weels across the other columns. I have the average for each test per child per column eg Joe bloggs had 90% in week 1, 85% in week 2 etc. I have filled in all the weeks for each child and have inserted the AVE function at the end of each line for each child to get the average for each child and the average for each week and a class average for the term. I copied this worksheet and have one for each Term. I also created an Aggregate sheet where I have the childrens names in Column A and then Term 1, 2, 3 and 4. Each term column has a link to the other sheets so updates as new scores are entered. I inserted an Ave function for each column and for each child. What I need is for the average for each child to reflect the Term they are in because if I set it as an average over the 4 terms and they are in Term 1, the average will reflect an incorrect average. I have attached a copy of the sheet

    Thanks
