Need a Macro or some solution to this simple problem

Hi I have 20000 to 30000 line report which repeats the rows every time there is a new location for that material.
I would like to know whats the best method or a simple macro that I could run and have a list of corresponding location onto one row see below example,

Material# 30334 has 3 locations in the Data source listing at bottom of this page

I would like to take the below excel data where there's three rows and have it show as one row with the corresponding location

    Results to look like this,

    Material Locations
    30334 H60C S31B S31C
    30335 T17F T23A
    30340 T01D
    31960 R28D X085E
    32222 Q34D

Data source below item appears on multiple rows due to different locations

    Material Loc'n

    30334 H60C
    30334 S31B
    30334 S31C
    30335 T17F
    30335 T23A
    30340 T01D
    31960 R28D
    31960 X085E
    32222 Q34D

    Hi tcmazz,

There are a few different ways to do this problem. I like to use helper columns and not VBA. See the attached to see if you can follow my logic.
