How to create a Custom View 'button'?

I want to create an image within my workbook, so that when someone clicks on it, they're jumped to a different part of the work book. (Much like custom views)

I presume this could be accomplished somehow with a macro?

This is being built for people who dont understand excel, so telling them how to navigate the excel options is too much to expect.

No need for a macro. You can add a hyperlink to a object
