Fill blank cells with above cell & concatenate these cells and paste in email body

Hi Folks,

wondering if someone could help me with a little bit of coding. I've been spending a lot of time on a daily basis doing this task manually, wondering if someone could advise some macro which can save a substantial amount of my time on a daily basis. I'm just a beginner in VBA and trying to learn through these forums which really helps me.


I've attached s/s with details with the raw data on the Top and final results after macro on the bottom with the steps i would like to achieve.
