Transfer different Data from one sheet to another

Hi All

I have two worksheets one that has a weekly schedule and sheet2 (daily attendance) where i want to transfer One day at a time but i only need the Job role,employee name and shift for that day, then i need to do the same for each day but i don't want seven sheets. please find attached an example sheet.

Dave, personally I'd be inclined to use formulae to do this rather than VBA.

I think i will be able to use this.

This sheet is part of a much bigger workbook thats uses a lot of VBA and relies on other people using it. So i thought VBA would be easier for them to use.

But i do like your formula
