macro to copy -paste-delete

#1 I need to copy merchant numbers from column A (that are on top of the data) and paste it in column A on front of the date. Each merchant has various number of rows please take that into consideration.

#2 ALL the rows that have blank cells in column B should be deleted.

Sheet: Should look like this- if macro is done good should look like this (ignore colors)
