Best to put the word "bump" after a few hours of no response. More people will look at your post if no replies were made.

Have you tried recording a macro? The menu method is Data > Import External Data > Import Data. With a little tweaking, you can make it the recorded code reusable.

Of course there are other methods too like ADO.

If you get stuck, post an example xls with the manually imported csv file and the csv file.
