Save macro validation: if error got to cell a1?

I have a command button that runs a save macro to which I added cell validation the message box comes up and what I want it to do is go to the cell that is blank

Also I want the save to cancel and I think that I need a cancel=true but not sure where to put it.

    Thanks again

Re: Cancel = True... no requirement here ... I think you're referring to a BeforeSave event (where you would Cancel the action)

    Thanks a lot

That is exactly what I was looking for, and you are right about the cancel=true. I just play a little with vb and am learning by trial and error.

    Thanks again.
