problem with userform show data from a named range

Hi,

I am new to vba and I have created a userform. I want to be able to select and edit a range of data on a userform. I am trying to pull the information that matches a cell range (Named as Action) into the respective textboxes. But I have fallen at the first hurdle and can't even get that working.

I've atatched the workbook, would really appreciate any help. Thank you.

Didn't define what was in the drop down list.
