UserForm to Worksheet Transfer

I have created this thread in another forum but had no joy.

I have the code on the attached TextFile that will Save the Data Input from the UserForm to the Worksheet. My problem is that as there is a fair bit of information needed on the Workbook it can take a while for the Save procedure to happen. This will become a bit tiresome for the end user with it taking a good couple of minutes for each save.

My Save Buttons are
Private Sub cmdSave_Click()
Private Sub cmdFinished_Click()

Is there a way I can speed this up?
