Substitute for FileSearch in Excel 2007

Hi, Trying to find a replacement for the filesearch function so this macro can be used in Excel 2007 and previous versions. The below works in Excel 2003, can anyone modify this Sub so it will work in 2007... Thanks Dale 'Milkybar Kid'..

Try recording a macro and do a File > SaveAs, and set the type as CSV. We can dress it up from there if needed.
