    Converting formula to static code

    I am currently using the following code on a spreadsheet:

    I'd like to put this into a macro, and based on what I have gleamed, it should look something like this:

    Is this correct?

    What I would also like is that once the entry is made, for it to remain static unless the entry in column F is changed. Can this be done?
