    Drag and drop hyperlinks

I have an empty excel workbook open & a folder (with excel, word, pdf documents in it).

I want to be able to drag and drop the documents from the folder into my excel workbook and have a hyperlink created. Is this possible?? It would save me a TONNE of time!!

    Re: Drag and drop hyperlinks

    Hello Xx7,

Dragging and dropping a document from a folder into an open Excel workbook will not create a hyperlink to the document in the workbook. You would need a macro.

P.S. Would you please update your profile location from here to Vancouver, British Columbia or B.C. Canada. It helps others to know what time zone you are in. when answering your posts.
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross
