macro: add amount to a accumulated total

hi, first of all sorry for my lack of excel vocab. I'm making a spreedsheet for keeping track of points and total points in an roleplaying game i'm making(see attachment).

The problem:
I've made a macro for resetting amounts in my spreedsheet, but I want the macro to add the (soon to be deleted) amounts to an accumulated total . So that each time the macro runs the macro first adds to a total amount before chosen cells are reset.

is this posible, if so how?
