    Renaming file location in macro

Is there a way to run a macro in an excel workbook that does a find & replace in the VBA macro itself. I have a data file that is updated every month but saved in a new folder each time and the folder is named for that month (e.g.Apr). I need the macro to identify what previous month was in the macro and replace it with the current month.

    Thanks

    Hello tdyl1969,

You should post your macro. I am willing to bet it can be modified to work the way you want. Writing a macro to modify a macro in a workbook is not really a good approach to solving the problem.
    Sincerely,
