Floyd Algorithm, need help with path Matrix..

Maybe this is easier for those familiar with floyd algorithm or other graph search algorithm..
I managed to create the code for distance matrix, but i can't get the code for route (path matrix) to work right..
Could anyone help me? Programming is not really my background, so i'm having difficulities solving this...

You can see the graph on the pic, the nodes are T1-T8, ignore the rest, I'm just testing it partially..
