    Find and Select the Next Empty Cell in Column A

    I am needing help with Code that will find the first emply cell in column A. I have the following code. I need to replace the Second Line to find the next empty cell.

    You don't need to select cells to put data into them. When you use the macro recorder, it records FAR more events than are needed, and pretty much the "select" stuff can always be edited out.

    For instance, your three lines above can actually be reduced to one like so:

    Now, to answer your question, it could be done a few ways. Longer and harder to read, but still basically the same code as above:

    If you post up your entire macro, we'll be able to suggest more ways to simplify the code, I'm sure.
