I have a workbook that I need to populate cells from a 2nd workbook that has the original data in it. The problem is that the reference sheets have rows that do not contain 'good' data (just extra labels).
I need to be able to grab the name, Title, Equipment Number, the Year, the Type and the current odometer reading from the most current month in the "Example.xlsm" workbook, and populate it into the "PM Schedule 2009.xlsm"
Problem comes from the fact that people/cars get added/removed on a regular basis, so I will not be able to rely on a simple hard coded reference from one sheet to another.
I need to find a formula or vba code that will look at the "Example" workbook, determine the correct month and then return the appropriate fields in the corresponding sheet/cell range, all at the same time removing the "empty" rows.
Any thoughts?
