Auto Run Macro

Is there a way i can automatically run a macro every x seconds?

I have a web query that i want to refresh more than the lowest refresh allowed of 1 per minute. So what i was thinking was if i could record a macro that refreshed the web query and then have this macro automatically run every given x seconds.
