i would like a macro to copy x time rows based

on a value in a column.

Purpose, I need to print labels from a rough spreadsheet.
The spreadsheet contains all the data a need to have to make a label including the size, color, fabric, amount and so on. This (the amount of labels) is contained in that row and in the columns that have the exact size like UNI (could be a belt, tie, accessory), XXL, XL, X, M, l, and S. That columns contain the number of times a label should be printed based on that size.
So I would like a macro that reads that columns and copy them to a new sheet with exactly as many rows as stated in one of the size columns
Suppose one 1 row say’s value for XXL is 5, I would like that line (row) been copied 5 times with the same info of that row on a next sheet plus an extra line with the header above the row.

And ss you can see in the attached xls it contains a sheet4 with the raw data. It contains format code I don’t want like the lines with the select box, anyway to remove does lines to with a macro?

Sorry to bother you with such complex question, I am stuck for now.

More explanation on request, I hope that the included xlsx with 2 sheets gives you an idea.
