Time Converter : Mins/Secs to Hours/Mins

It may be a simple solution but its driving me mad!

I am getting results at the moment in SECONDS

I need this to then be transferred into a new cell as Mins:Seconds

Then in the next cell to be HRS:MINS

If for any reason the SECONDS is not filled in and just the MINS:SECONDS filled in I still require the HRS:MINS cell to work.

Can you also let me know what format cells need to be in so they read correctly.

=IF(a1,a1/86400,0)

to get the seconds in a time value

then format the cell as hh:mm or mm:ss as needed!

Nice one
Now if i need to have 2 boxes

1 = Please input mins:seconds (in that format)

Number 2 must be

2 = Result in Seconds only

e.g

Box 1 = 2:30
Box 2 = 150 Seconds (automatically)
