runtime error recived for some trying to open document

Hi,

In my office several people are attempting to open an excel document using excel 2007. When they get the prompt to enable macros and click ok, they receive a runtime error 1004, would you like to debug? msg. I can open this document and enable macros just fine. I am also using excel 2007. What might be causing the problem for some and not for others? How can it be fixed??
