Login Design Dilemma in Excel

Guys,

I need help on my Login design for a tool I am designing in Excel. Basically, I will have a Login dialog prior to opening the Tool. If the user is not an admin, the Tool will be opened in ReadOnly mode. If the user is an admin, the Tool will be opened normally.

If you have suggestions or other implementation design, they are very much welcome!
