Compare two files with the same ID number

Hello Experts

I am looking for VBA Code that compare between two files and mark the diffrence

for example:
I have file name "Master" with information at columns A-D in column A i have ID number.
I have update file named "June_2009" with the same columns.

I want to compare and update "Master" with the information from "June_2009"

Each time that "Mater" have been updated by "June_2009" it will be marked by color.
