Identify Cells

I want to indentify those cells in worksheet1 do not have only linked to worksheet2 of workbook.xls

In worksheet1 column A has following figure:

$21
$89
$70
$93

what is macro which indentify $70 not linked to worksheet2. Please help me.

Your requirements are not very clear... if you're saying that "unlinked" will be constants then you can use SpecialCells to highlight accordingly... if not you will I suspect need to analyse each cell and validate each formula testing for existence of [workbook2.xls] within resulting string.
