Assigning a macro to a custom button in 2007 ribbon

hello, I have a sheet that contains a macro that I would like to assign to a custom button on the ribbon. Is it possible to have a button show up on a users ribbon only when the sheet is open? If so, how do I accomplish this? This sheet will be sent to several users.

If you update the XML of that workbook, the button will only show when that workbook is open.
