Finding 2 cells in excel and deleting them.

Scattered in the Excel Spreadsheet are two cells. One that begins with the word Ref 2, and another that begins with the word Ref 3. What is the code to insert in the macros, to find these cells delete them and shift all the cells next to them to the left? These cells are not in the same column, they are scattered among 5 or 6 columns
