Time Control

I need to create a form displaying a time control clock. The purpose of this is to calculate the time spent in certain activities that begin when the form pops up. Could someone figure this out?

Thanks so much Antonio. Unfortunately it didn't work. What I need is a form that when it pops up starts counting the time by the seconds, starting with one second, I don't need the time that it is at the opening of the form. I really need this. Thanks again.
