    Multiple Returns with VLOOKUP?

    Hi All,

Can someone tell me if it's possible to use a formula on the second spreadsheet (labeled "1") that will pull all the cashiers (labeled "Example Cashier") from the POSData worksheet who have cash sales. The POSData report will be imported on a daily basis and can have dozens of cashiers, from multiple revenue centers. I'm trying to accomplish an automated process which simply lists only the cashiers with cash sales in consecutive order on the second spreadsheet.

Previously, the worksheet used VLOOKUP to return a result if a specific cashier had cash sales, however, there are hundreds of cashiers so it made the worksheet long and time consuming to review.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions, it's been so helpful already to read all the other posts. What a valuable source of information!

I suggest you create a pivot table for this. They are very flexible and can do all that you want plus a lot more
