parse data to multiple spreadsheets

Does anyone have a macro that can take data from one spreadsheet where each row is unique, and then put each row into a standardized template of it's own, where the data goes into a particular row and column? The template is important, because it does a basic calculation with the data. I've attached a simplified example of what I want to do. The first tab is the template I use, the second tab is the data I want to use to populate the template.

I have opened a new sheet "sheet1"
highlight data from a1 to D5 and click edit - copy
goto sheet1 selct A1 edit-pastespecial-tranpose-ok
you will get data as in sheet 1

see the formulas in B8 and B9 in sheet1
the formulas are

=SUM(B2:E2)-SUM(B3:E3)
=SUM(B2:E2)-SUM(B4:E4)

is this what you want.
