Matching columns?

Hi all,

wondering if anyone can help on this one.

I am trying to match columns in my sheet

I currently have a sheet with 6 columns 3 and 3

looks like this
AC ID AC No / CC / Dept / AC No / CC / Dept

some of the contents of the last 3 columns exists in the first 3 columns after the ID column, the ID column needs to stay in line with the next 3 columns but not the last 3 what i'm trying to do is insert cells and move the contents of the last 3 columns down so they match where possible and there and spaces where no match is available?

Is there a way to auto do this
