I am very novice in excel and encounter problem re below:

each cell in column D contains value some of which are similar and some are different. Multiple values of D column may exists under same value or under different value, placed in column A.
for eg. cell D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D9.........contains 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 3, 2, 7....... respectively and A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9...... contains TU12, TU12, TU12, MN22, MN22, MN22, WW21, VW33, TU12.....respectively. There is no possibility of duplicate row.

I have similar file in which, some value in column D and some value in column A is missing. and in this file values are not in order corresponding to 1st file.

Now i have to find value of column D and A which are missing in 2nd file.

I cannot use vlookup formulae because there are similar value in different cell. Can anyone help me to find missing value?
