Delete rows if the unique ID appear once or twice only

Hi,
I had a workbook with 50,000 lines of data. The unique ID appear in column B. I wish to have a macro to delete away rows with the unique ID appear only once or twice in column B. The macro will run from the row 4 to the last available row.

Thus I wish to have an excel with data when the unique ID appear 3 or more times in column B. Any idea on how to tackle

You can speed it up considerably by turning off screen updating and calculations at the start of the macro and turning them on again at the end.
