protect sheet, not move after enter, select unprotected cells only

I can't seem to get this all to work together. Its a 3 sheet workbook.

I use this to get a protected sheet and to not move after pressing enter:

I can't figure out how to only allow selecting of unprotected cells. I tried to insert a "EnableSelection = xlUnlockedCells" in different places but it doesn't work.

Can anyone help me out?
