urgent vba help!

hi,

really need help for vba stuffs as im a beginner.

rightnow, i have a userform with 2 listbox when i can add values from listbox 1 to listbox 2.

the values in listbox 2 is populated from a worksheet range earlier.

i wan to update the values in the worksheet range everytime i add new fields into the listbox 2.
