Easy Macro

Hey guys, I need some help making a macro that should be pretty simple, but I don't have much knowledge about excel. Could someone please help me make a macro for this formula: =IF(A5="Vacant",0,F4). I want A5 to change from A5 to A6, A7, A8, all the way to A159, and F4 to remain constant. The problem is that I need to do this for a whole bunch of columns and it will take forever copying and pasting because excel wants F4 to change also. If someone can help me make the macro I should be able to do it for the other columns as well. Thanks!

Oh, maybe there is some way of dragging a formula and fixing cell F4? that would be easier....

Ha! I'm a noob, sorry for wasting space on the forum guys. I just figured out that I can use $F$4 for this... Everyone laugh at the noob...
