Compressing Pictures in 2007 with VBA

You guys were a huge help with this code that I have been using to move and compress my pictures using 2003. Now that I have upgraded to '07, my lovely macro seems to not be working. Basically the code is supposed to move the inserted pictures into a "grid" format, no particular order, and then compress them to make the file manageable. Worked great before, now the compress picture box appears but the file is huge. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
