Run-time 1004 when running a macro that sends a dynamic web query

Hey everyone,

I had this code working just fine when I wrote it a couple of weeks ago, and as far as I know I hadn't changed it, but now I'm getting a Runtime error when I run my macro. It sends a dynamic query to a PHP script that I wrote, and receives data back in table format. The error is: 'Run-time error '1004': Application-defined or object defined error,' and the debugger gets hung up at the Refresh BackgroundQuery line. Here is the code:
