    defining the variables as values

    Hello everyone,

I have a problem that I am sure someone with more programming experience will consider quite simple.

I have a userform (useform2) that updates a textbox in another userform (userform1). In userform2, I enter 5 numbers into textboxes, add these numbers up, and put them into a textbox in the second userform.

My problem is that if I put I enter the value 1 into all textboxes then instead of getting the value 5 i get 11111.

Do I just need to define the variables as something? I am trying to teach myself basic programming in VBA, so any help would be much appreciated.

Here is the code I am working with.
