hi, if any one can understand and resolve my problem i will be appriciate
auto backup data and retrive while netering/change data

i mean i daily enter data in a specific formated sheet and take print but i dont keep it soft copy, i wish that my daily entries stored in backup data and if i need that data i can find out when i need it

It's difficult to adise, it depends on the layout of the sheet & type of data. The most efficient way would be to store the relevant data in a table from which ou could use VLOOKUP to populate a master sheet. Alternatively save a copy of ach day's sheet
