Import delimited list into excel template

I am building an really long survey and the results that are pumped out are in a tab delimited list. The survey has about 30 sections and about 15-30 question each stores 5 values, per module. I can create a template easily but I have no idea how to set up the parameters for how the list is imported? I would like each section to be on a different workbook in the same document also. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The template is not the problem, its how to bring the data into the template.
