    Cut and Paste

    Hello all,

I'm making a VBA form that will open a file (e.g. test.xls), copy the content from it, and then paste it in sheet1 where the VBA form is running.
Now the problem that I'm having is that the file test.xls has a VBA form that is set to automatically run when I open that file. So, my problem is on how to close this application that pops up and then copy and paste the data.

    Thanks.

Open the other workbook with macros disabled. See http://www.excelforum.com/excel-prog...up-macros.html
