Grouping cells as hierarchy

Hi,
i tried my hands on grouping
first level "Operations" is fine

when i click for second level i want only "Level21,22,23" but the 3rd level is also coming,though i have followed steps

same happens when i click level 3

i want only level31,32 to appear but also get level4values

is this normal or have i done something wrong. I just want level32 to behave as level32

and level23 to behave as 22 and 21

Grouping ranges should be contiguous (ie you can not group rows 3,14,19 without grouping 3:19)
