I am really in need of help after a long while.

Please assist with the formula and format for my scheduling task.

Hello there,
Attached is your original file updated to include a macro that runs whenever you change a cell on the worksheet "Roster (Test)".

I have changed the format of your original worksheet, deleting the columns in between the week and seperating them instead with a think black line, to help make the code a littler easier.

To run the macro select the Worksheet "Roster(Test)" and then press Alt+F8 on your keyboard.
In the macro window select the CondFormat macro and then select run.

This should apply the formatting. Again, this macro is set to run whenever you make a change on the worksheet but for example purposes this is how to run it manually.

I was unable to get the SD for the beginning of the month's to format as you do not currently have the previous month's information anywhere. So for Paul and Steve cell D5 will not format with hte macro and cell C7 will not format either. If you have the previous month's information somewhere on your worksheet let me know and I will try and alter the code to fit your needs, if not this will need to be done manually.

To view the code press alt + f8 again, select the CondFormat macro and select step into. Anything that appears in green are comments meant to help you understand.
