How to make a delay in an excel macro

Hi, I've got a macro written which just does a simply graphing loop, however I need a delay in the loop. I've been using the following code:

However this is too slow. Even when i change the last value in the brackets little change in the macro speed occurs. That is when it = 0.01 it does not take 0.01 sec between each loop but more like one second. Then when the last value is much larger it is still pretty much the same delay as when it is 0.01.

Is there any other way i can put a delay into the loop which will have a shorter (or adjustable) delay?

    Thanks

Try using the Sleep function, which will give you more control over the delay
