how do i get result from database

hi anyone can teach me how to fix formula for this database files.This database contain past result for predict database analysis forecast number. the target number that i key in by manual and the result will show in 2 sheet one in direct number result and one sheet is permualation number results...i has attach sample database file in zip files.. have a look.if have any good idea or better than this format teach me.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
