Creating new table from selective data in original table

I am trying to write macro to create a new table by selecting rows that have information in a specific cell, and not copy rows that do not have information in that cell.

Example data (there are actually hundreds of parts but this is the main idea)

Part QTY
1V-2917 5
2V-5608 5
2V-8113
3P-2713 5
7G-4809


I am trying to copy the part number and qty for only the parts that have qtys associated with them. I then want to copy both of these cells and create a table of parts with current qtys in inventory.

Help is greatly appreciated!
