copy sheet in multiple sheets in the same time

I need help trying to copy data from single sheet to multiple sheets. The sheet is a data model. To use copy/past function is not efficently.

are you aware of "Group" sheet functionality ?

so select the range to be copied, now group the sheets on which you wish to paste, now paste.... then ungroup the sheets.
You should find the changes are mirrored on all the sheets that formed the "group".
